Primartshops is in need of a competent Customer Care Representative


  1. Researching product details or company policies to answer questions.
  2. Processing orders, including collecting shipping information and processing payments
  3. Providing information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status.
  4. Providing customer support via email, phone, or social media channels such as Facebook or Twitter
  5. Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics
  6. Answering questions about products, shipping rates, billing issues, return policies, etc.
  7. Creating and maintaining records of customer interactions with the company or its affiliates
  8. Handling returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases

9.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  1. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  3. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.


*  High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

* Comfortable using computers.

* Experience working with customer support.

* Strong Ecommerce background

* Must be a sales-oriented person.

* Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand’s history, product offerings   and communications/advertising program

*  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
