Primartshops is in need of an Administrative Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answering telephone calls, and emails, responding to queries and replying to emails.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Coordinate all Office meetings and events and provide adequate records of such meetings or engagements. meetings and events as needed.
- Scheduling meetings and bookings.
- Engaging maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Ensure the timely dispatch of outgoing items/ correspondences.
- Follow up on minute internal and external correspondences and provide feedback.
- Monitor and compile reports (weekly, monthly, and minutes of meetings)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- HND in Business Administration
- 2-year of proven experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of business management.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
