Primartshops is in need of an Administrative Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Answering telephone calls, and emails, responding to queries and replying to emails.
  2. Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  3. Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  4. Systematically filing important company documents.
  5. Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  6. Coordinate all Office meetings and events and provide adequate records of such meetings or engagements. meetings and events as needed.
  7. Scheduling meetings and bookings.
  8. Engaging maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  9. Ensure the timely dispatch of outgoing items/ correspondences.
  10. Follow up on minute internal and external correspondences and provide feedback.
  11. Monitor and compile reports (weekly, monthly, and minutes of meetings)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
  1. HND in Business Administration
  2. 2-year of proven experience working in an office environment.
  3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Working knowledge of business management.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
  2. Exceptional customer service skills.
